okay value, good location

polite staff comfortable bed sufficient breakfast no air conditioning noisy fan no english tv
the staff were kind . the bed was comfortable i must say. the radiator worked well and kept me warm. the breakfast was sufficient with a decent buffet.
my room had no air conditioning, what a shame. the fan made noise all night long, what a bother. the television had no english-language package i'm afraid.

friendly staff clean hotel private parking
the staff was very friendly and helpful (i really appreciated their assistance). the hotel was clean, and the breakfast included enough options to start the day well. private parking was available for a reasonable daily fee, a very convenient feature.
the tv had many channels, but most were only in french.

the reception operates 24/7 and the staff seemed very attentive. they were helpful with directions and provided information about local amenities. the staff also assisted with storing luggage after check-out.

helpful staff metro location clean room good value
The staff was helpful with directions. That was nice. the location near the metro made getting around pretty easy. i found the room clean and suitable for a short stay. the breakfast offered good value for the price, i think.
The room was a bit small. That is all. it felt a bit cramped with luggage. there was no proper closet, just an open hanging space.

metro station supermarkets nice area dirty curtains toilet seat bad smell
The location is convenient, there is a metro station a few minutes walk away. It only takes 30 minutes to get to notre dame. The area is very nice and there are supermarkets around.
the curtains were DIRTY and the place didn't look like it did in the pictures. It felt depressing. There was no toilet seat, and the entire space was just a converted shower room. The hallways smelled bad.

dirty hotel misleading photos
The location was good with a short walk to the metro. There were useful shops nearby in this residential area.
The room felt quite cheap. It was also dirty. This was the dirtiest hotel i have ever stayed in. I have stayed at Ibis several times in different countries and enjoyed all of my stays. The photos on the website were misleading.
